Aliens tag people with implants just as we do cattle, except the tags are placed internally with a protected sheath so they are not rejected. The implants are used to track the abductee’s DNA, the abductee, and possibly modify the abductee’s DNA. Implants are usually on an extremity or the facial area. They are placed in children and adults.

Here is an implant that was removed from an abductee by Dr. Roger Leir and his surgical team. It was located by X-ray.

This cantaloupe-seed-like implant was removed from an abductee’s toe by Dr. Roger Leir. It is about 3/16 inch (5mm) long. It was so hard that only a laser could cut it for analysis.

This is an illustration of a nanotechnology machine concept, where the machine is made on an atomic-molecular level. The aliens may make their implants on an atomic level, using their advanced technology manufacturing techniques.
